1. Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and international GDPR standards, Defter 360 Technology Inc. acts as the Data Controller regarding your personal and corporate financial data.
2. Categories of Processed Data and Legal Basis
We process the minimum necessary personal data required to deliver our cloud bookkeeping service:
- Identity and Contact Information: Name, registered email address, and optional phone number.
- Bookkeeping and Transaction Records: Cash registers, bank activity, customer ledger records, and billing receipts.
- Technical and Security Logs: IP address, device identifier, session timestamps, and encrypted authentication tokens.
3. Data Transfer and Third-Party Sharing
Your data is encrypted end-to-end with 256-Bit TLS and stored in Tier-3 secure cloud data centers. We never sell, lease, or monetize your personal or financial records to third-party marketing companies.
4. Your Rights Under Data Protection Laws
You have the right to access your data, request corrections, or request immediate and irreversible account deletion. You may exercise these rights anytime via the in-app deletion button (Profile > Settings > Delete My Account) or by emailing [email protected].
