Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Defter 360 Technology Inc. ("Defter 360", "Company") and any individual or corporate user ("User") accessing the Defter 360 mobile and web platforms. Defter 360 is a cloud-based bookkeeping and business management software; it does not replace certified public accounting or legal tax auditing services.

2. Account Security and User Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and password. All bookkeeping records, invoices, bank transactions, and customer balances created within the platform are the direct responsibility of the User.

3. Subscription Plans and In-App Billing

Defter 360 offers a free introductory tier alongside premium monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play are managed directly through the user's Apple ID or Google Play account pursuant to the respective store terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual UI designs, trademarks, and documentation of Defter 360 remain the exclusive intellectual property of Defter 360 Technology Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Level Agreement and Disclaimers

We target a 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Defter 360 shall not be liable for indirect damages or business interruptions.
