How Do I Delete My Account?
To permanently delete your account, you must use the Defter 360 mobile app. You can initiate the deletion process directly from the app by following these steps:

Open the app and log in.

Tap the menu icon at the top right to open the side menu, then tap Settings.

Tap the Delete My Account button at the bottom of the menu.

Confirm the deletion process in the prompt.
Warning:
Once deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently wiped.
What Data Is Deleted?
When you delete your account, all the data listed below is permanently purged from our servers:
Profile information (Name, Email, Profile photo)
All saved settings and attachment photos
All financial records (Income, Expense, Cash, Bank)
Checks, promissory notes, and loan records
Customer and vendor (Accounts) records
All reports and historical activity logs
Data Retention Policy
Once the account deletion is complete, your records are immediately removed from our active database. Backup copies are purged automatically within 30 days. No user data is retained except where strictly required by statutory regulations.
