Defter 360 Technology Inc. ("Defter 360", "Company", "We") treats the commercial and personal data of users on our iOS, Android and web platforms with the highest level of care. This Privacy Policy is strictly designed in compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play developer security requirements.
2. Information We Collect
To deliver cloud bookkeeping and ERP capabilities, Defter 360 processes the following data:
- Account Information: Full name, registered email address, and encrypted credentials.
- Financial & Business Records: Cash ledgers, bank transactions, customer/vendor balances, invoice records, and inventory.
- Device Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, and push notification tokens.
3. Data Protection and 256-Bit Encryption
All data in transit and at rest is secured with 256-Bit TLS encryption and enterprise-grade storage. Your data is strictly private and is never sold to or shared with third-party advertisers.
4. User Rights and Account Deletion
Users have the right to permanently purge their entire accounting data and profile at any time in line with Apple and Google Play policies. In the mobile app, navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account to instantly wipe all ledgers.
